Chamber Choir is the premiere large group vocal ensemble at OLM. This ensemble is open to any student with an interest in learning to sing. This group rehearses during the school day. Students experience a variety of repertoire from Renaissance and Popular Music. The Chamber Choir performs 3-5 concerts a year.

We also accept two honors piano students for this ensemble. Piano Students must audition for these honors positions. Students are active vocalists when not playing piano.

Chamber Ensembles form for students with additional interests or advanced ability. These ensembles vary from size 4 – 16 and from Medieval Chant to Vocal Jazz/Acapella. These groups rehearse after school one or two days a week. Music faculty coach the ensemble members, but students take on more leadership responsibilities, group interaction and self-discovery. If the ensemble demonstrates a level of progress, they may be offered an Honor’s Recital Spot and an opportunity to tour or perform as OLM Music Ambassadors.
